Gir Safari Park operates as a private, locally operated travel facilitation service based in Sasan Gir, Gujarat. Our primary scope of service includes assisting domestic and international travelers with Gujarat Forest Department permit acquisition, authorized 4x4 open Maruti Gypsy vehicle rentals, certified driver coordination, licensed nature guide scheduling, and local hotel bookings. We are an independent service agency and are not directly affiliated with, operated by, or representing the Gujarat Forest Department.
Every visitor entering Gir Sanctuary must physically present their original, government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License for Indian Nationals; Valid Passport & Visa for Foreign Nationals) at the Sinh Sadan Safari Reception Center before vehicle boarding. The details on the physical ID must match the issued e-permit records exactly. Digital screenshots or photocopies are strictly prohibited. Failure to produce valid original IDs will result in statutory entry denial by forest authorities, for which our agency accepts no financial liability.
All 13 designated safari routes inside the Gir Jungle Trail are assigned randomly by the Gujarat Forest Department's computerized gate allotment software upon check-in. Neither private operators nor visitors can manually choose, select, or swap forest routes. All guests must adhere strictly to statutory forest laws, maintain silence, remain seated inside the Gypsy, and follow the instructions of the assigned forest department guide throughout the 3-hour tour.
All tariffs displayed on this website are indicative and based on prevailing government fees and standard transport rates. Tariffs may vary depending on seasonal demand, weekend surges, peak festival periods (Diwali, Christmas, New Year), and statutory forest department rate adjustments. Exact package pricing is confirmed and agreed upon with the customer prior to payment processing.
Gir National Park is an open, natural 1,412 sq km wilderness where Asiatic lions, leopards, and other wildlife roam freely. Wildlife sightings occur naturally and can never be guaranteed. Our agency is not responsible for animal movements, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen gate closures ordered by forest officers, natural calamities, or missed safaris due to late client arrival.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from our travel facilitation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Junagadh, Gujarat.
